Express Gourmet Salsa Fresca Plus
Pros: Chops (sometimes faster than you expect) just about anything easily. Easy to clean, cheap enough that I can't complain about durability.
Cons: Designed for high speed, not high torque - you can't force-chop whole onions in it (you will strip the gears), so you have to pre-cut somewhat, but it's generally not a gig deal. While it's easy to clean, it's not always easy to get all the food out of it unless you have a soft spoon (silicone). Nonetheless, it's worth it

Pros: I've had one in my kitchen since 1988! Getting a new one due to having lost mine in a move. Can't do Thanksgiving without it!

Express Gourmet Salsa Fresca Plus
Pros: I have actually owned the Gourmet Chopper for several years--it just set on the self in it\'s original box. Then I tried it for chopping onions about a month ago. Since then I found many uses for the gourmet Chopper and I\'m a real believer in it for chopping anything--it\'s quick, easy to use, no effert to clean up, and does a great job of evenly chopping up anything. It\'s also just the right size for most cooking needs. I\'m getting these for all of my 11 children next Christmas. It makes a great gift
Cons: I found nothing to complain about.

Express Gourmet Salsa Fresca Plus
Pros: This is a wonderful tool to have in any kitchen. It has held up for quite a few years and I am finally getting a replacement.
Cons: Not dishwasher safe.
Too light weight could be made a little more durable
