Pros: Received for Christmas, used it regularly because I liked the way it cleaned.
Cons: Need replacement pads.

Pros: I enjoyed and bought the mop because of my fibromyalgia. Steams great!

Shark Steam Mop
Pros: This steam mop just cleans my floors so much better and easier than any mopping could do. I have always used hot clear water to clean but this steam mop makes it easier and it pulls dirt out that even hand wiping and rinsing repeatedly has never done. My beautiful Brazilian Cherry floors with a polyurethane seal, are so clean!!!
Cons: I have trouble with the electric cord getting in my way.

Pros: It's a good product.
Cons: I have hardwood floors. Careful, as some finishes can't take the steam. I had to change some of mine.

Shark Steam Mop
Pros: I really like my Shark Steamer for cleaning my tile and hardwood floors. They do come out very shiny and easy to clean. It is better than any other mop I have owned.
Cons: There are a few kinks to work out in the product... I had to refill the water often and the pad is hard to pucsh along the floor at first. Once it gets going for a bit, it gets easier. It is a bit on the cheap side so a bit expensive to me but like I said earlier, it is better than any mop I ever owned!
