Pros: Have 2. One for home,one for travel. Cannot/would not sleep without one! Bless the day I saw on TV & tried.They are not hot like other pillows.Using for over 10yrs. Will never be without them!

Pros: I Have had two of these for about 10 years. I have three fused vertebre in my neck and was getting constant migraines. Every pillow I tried either was not "shapable" or packed down after time. This one can be punched into the right form for complete support and NEVER packs down. It is a wonder. I put one under my knees to keep them from locking when I sleep. It keeps the pain of the arthritis away through the sheer support it gives. It works just like a lumbar for under my neck. It was the best money I ever spent!

Cons: Transporting for vacations, has to be enough room in the suitcase. I will not sleep without it!
