Pros: no drilling needed. Works great. Excellent grips, not cheap foam
Cons: doorway must have a lip for it to function correctly.

EZ Chin Up Bar Iron Pull Up Bar
Pros: i just got this in and i love it and the ab straps, i got mine from ebay. easy to put together, 5 min. and easy to use, i'm 6'0 178lbs, every excersise they show i can do easily and safely.
Cons: probably can't use on every door

EZ Chin Up Bar Iron Pull Up Bar
Pros: I want to work out at home. This product is perfect! At first I was concerned that it might damage my door frame but it hasn't left a mark. I feel stronger and have already lost weight!
Cons: None - this product is great and I would recommend it to anyone!!
