Body Flex Plus DVD by Greer Childers

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: I have tried everything myself. While I do not do the breathing and such in the program. Frankly I do not really use it as it was introduced totally. I utilize the band as an extensive workout. I work my stomach, my legs by placing the bar over my waist, holding it with both hands and placing my leg on the rubber band and then work the legs up and down, side to side. The same with my waist sitting and standing. By pulling the bar out to meet the opposite hand. I work just about every part of my body, for an hour a day. I\'ve created a very unique style all on my own by using this simple equipment. Frankly I get a better workout with this rubber band that when I used to go to Gold\'s Gym. I simply love the thing.

Cons: I wish you had more pieces to go with it.
