Body Flex Greer Childers

Pros: This product is amazing! Although I love running and doing aerobic classes, when I only have a little time to work out, I put on Body Flex. I wear a size 5, and I lost 3 inches in one week off of my target areas.

Cons: I refuse to do the exercises in front of people because it's aqward.

Body Flex Greer Childers

Pros: When my mom had given me the body flex as a gift I didnt beleive that something so small and easy to use would work. Well I was wrong. I had lost 30 lbs in one month and I went down 1 pant size. I was feeling healthier and more energetic. I would recomend this product to anyone.

Cons: The only problem that I had was that I ended up letting a friend of mine use it and she never returned it. So now I have to buy a new one.
